FIXED LADDERS
Basic Aluminum Fixed Ladder
Fixed access ladder is a non-self-supporting ladder that is non-adjustable in length and permanently attached to a structure at a pitch ranging from 60 degrees to 90degree from horizontal.
USAGE SPECIFICATION
- The landing platform length should be 200-1200mm
- The rung width is 400mm
- The frist rise of rung should be 100-400mm
- The width of landing exit is 650mm
- The rise of rung is 250mm
- The depth of wall bracket is 250mm
Caged aluminum fixed ladder
When a fixed ladder extends more than 20 feet, you are required to have a cage to meet safety requiements. It works perfectly with personal fall arrest system.
USAGE SPECIFICATION
- The landing platform length should be 200-1200mm
- The rung width is 400mm
- The frist rise of ladder should be 100-400mm
- The width of landing exit is 650mm
- The rise of rung is 250mm
- The depth of wall bracket is 250mm
- The diameter of cage hoop is 700mm
- The allowed distance between land and cage is 2000-3000mm
- The space between every two cage stiles is 270mm
- The least allowed hight of every two cage hoops is 1500mm
Multi section aluminum fixed ladder
Multi-section ladders with a climb of 24 feet or more require rest points. These are meant to protect climbers as they ascend. Previously, a fixed ladder with a cage required a landing platform at a maximum interval of 30 feet.
