MAXI DAVIT

APPLICATIONS

The MAXI Davits are a traditional and effective tool to provide permanent access to building façades using ALTA “L” / “P” and SOLO cradles as well as the work seat SOLSIT. MAXI davits can be moved easily from one working area to the next. Therefore they must be fixed on permanently fixed bases which are to be installed on the
roof during construction.
The basic system consists of:
• fixed davit base plate
• portable davit jibs (mast and boom assemblies)
• suspended powered cradle or work seat

Working load limits WLL=500 daN

How to choose the right mast height H:

The cradle can be put on the roof when the parapet height does not exceed the following H pmax :

The MINI Davits allow simple permanent access to building façades using ALTA “L” / “P” and SOLO cradles as well as the work seat SOLSIT.

– Max. distance from mast axis to facade for:
   ALTA “L” and “P” = 890mm.

   SOLSIT = 1155mm.
